Bag your laundry up, place it outside on your selected pick up date and let Laundry in the Pines take the headache out of laundry day. We not only will pick up your laundry but we will return it back to you washed, folded & ready for the week ahead.

Laundry pick up will be between 9:30am - 2pm Monday-Thursday; you choose the date and time at check out. Please make sure your laundry is bagged up and placed outside your door, at least 30 minutes before your requested pick up time. No need for you to be home for Pick up or Delivery. 

Laundry will be returned to you the next day, no later than 8pm. 

Starting rate is $1.25 per pound of clothing.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Your deposit will go towards your final balance once your laundry is weighed. An invoice will be emailed to you showing your remaining balance. Your remaining balance is due as soon as possible and before clothes are dropped off, or the clothes will be held until payment is made in full.

There is a 20lb minimum on all orders. Any orders over 50lbs will have a 48 hour return time but may be returned sooner, depending on how busy we are.

Bed sheets & comforters will have an extra $10 surcharge per order. 

No need to worry about sorting your clothes, we will do that for you.

We only use hypoallergenic laundry detergent.   If you want any other kind of detergent besides hypoallergenic, softener,  scent beads or anything else special you are welcomed to provide us with the products and we will return it with your clean laundry. 

All laundry is washed in cold water and dried on medium heat; unless otherwise requested.

Request for items to be air dried will be honored, however you must include hangers. 

Request for items to be hung instead of folded will be honored, however you must include hangers.

Delicate clothing can receive a delicate wash/dry cycle. Please just bag those specific items separately and place a note inside the bag stating “delicate cycle clothing”. 

We do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. We also don’t service laundry that includes excessive pet hair.

By scheduling a pick up from Laundry in the Pines, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✅Laundry is safe and does not include bed bugs, fleas, roaches, or other bio hazardous materials.

✅Laundry is sanitary and does not include feces, urine, blood, or vomit, beyond traces normally found in household laundry.

✅Stains are pretreated. 

✅Pockets are empty. 

✅Laundry does not include excessive pet hair.

Violating our health and safety protocols will have your laundry returned “as is,” and your deposit non refunded with possibility of future services denied.
